Content Refresh Priority
Use traffic, rankings, and decay signals to rank which pages deserve a refresh first for maximum SEO lift.
Which pages should I refresh first?
Search Console and GA4 results for the most recent complete month 16/04/2026 - 15/05/2026. I compared impressions, CTR, engagement, and conversion rate to find the pages most likely to pay back from a refresh.
| Page | Impr. | CTR | Eng. | CVR | Score |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| /blog/google-ads-vs-ga4-roas | 8,420 | 3.9% | 54.1% | 1.2% | 92 |
| /services/google-ads-audit | 5,380 | 4.6% | 71.3% | 4.8% | 78 |
| /blog/google-analytics-attribution | 4,920 | 5.2% | 62.4% | 2.7% | 71 |
| /landing-page/ppc-checklist | 3,210 | 2.1% | 49.2% | 0.9% | 88 |
| /blog/marketing-data-blending | 2,860 | 4.8% | 66.5% | 3.1% | 63 |
Which page moves fastest?
The refresh should start with pages that already have demand but weak conversion quality. Those are the easiest wins because they improve existing traffic instead of waiting for new search volume.
What angle should I use?
Lead with intent match and a clearer offer, not just more keywords. If the page answers the query faster, the refresh should turn into better engagement and a stronger conversion rate.
